Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACF  to record your insights.

Activity 2 – Journaling

Reflect on your Good Judgment Audit. Spend 15-20 minutes creatively writing about your personal and professional development. Explore new habits you would like to foster.

Activity 3 – Sharing as Learning

Share your audit with 2-3 people whose opinion you respect. Talk about how you audited yourself and what came up for you during the process. Ask for their insights and any comments that could help you further your thinking.

Other References, Articles, and Books
