Developing Better Judgment in the workplace builds trust and confidence. When we trust someone’s judgment, our capacity to co-create is exponentially higher. We can communicate without fear.

People who have good judgment can talk about an idea with clarity and consistency. They are thorough. They have the ability to talk about work without being defensive.

There is confusion between a well-reasoned judgment versus a ‘right’ judgment; many people think that they need to be right. However, we only know a judgment is right with hindsight, after the fact.
