Activity 1 – Fairness: What Matters
Step 1
Work with a small group at a table. On a large sheet of paper, make a mural.
Title the mural: Fairness – What Matters?
Step 2
Create a mural to explore what matters around the experience of fairness for the management and executive team and for the staff in the organization. What are the details, what is important, what is the story of fairness in your organization?
Step 3
On one side of the mural create a column where you can list concrete examples in the workplace where fairness shows up in your workplace.
Step 4
Post your murals on the wall. Read them.
Step 5
Discuss insights from the presentation and activity.
