Introduction
We are constantly faced with decision-making. We can only determine fairness over the long term and the big picture. There is a dynamic relationship between decisions made based on equity and those based on equality. Perceptions, awareness and communication all contribute to our understanding of how decisions are made and our capacity to negotiate in a way that engenders fairness over time. Inclusion is deeply related to equity, equality and fairness.
