Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKAL  to record your insights.

Activity 2 – Design a Meeting

Using the design you created in the lab or making a new design, conduct two meetings.

After the first meeting, write a short synopsis. Did the meeting go as you planned? Comment on the elements of culture, process, and content. What will you do differently in the second meeting based on what happened in this one?

After the second meeting, write a short synopsis of what you learned about culture, process, and content.

Activity 3 – Experiential Learning

Utilize artistic expression to extend one or more key ideas from the presentation.  You may use prose, poetry, music, movement, visual arts, nature study, etc.  In the Participants Contributions section, post photos of your work, or print versions.  Write a summary of your insights, and connect it to your photo where appropriate.
