Deepen your understanding of designing effective meetings. Getting together, by itself, does not strengthen our relationships to each other, our purpose, and our work. What is it that we can do together that we can’t do as individuals? This is what helps us define the purpose of a meeting. Our intention needs to be to use our time together to do what we cannot do any other way, to engage fully, and to bring our best selves forward.
