Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKAN to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Independent Learning and Assessment
This activity focuses on independent learning. Identify something that you want to get better at doing. Determine your objectives. Design a personal assessment methodology that will result in your ability to optimize your investment of time and resources.
In the process, you shift your dependency from the teacher/leader, to yourself. You want to confidently stand behind your work. This is your work for you.
Activity 3 – Journaling
How does the Triad Education model carry over from education into the workplace? What are the implications of this lab for the future of work? How can Triad Education help organizations imagine ways to enhance people’s experience of meaning and purpose in their jobs?
