ACTIVITY 2  Mapping Organizational Transformations

Step 1

Watch the activity video.

Working in small groups (3-4 people), map the archetype of at least two transformations that the organization is currently undergoing.

Step 2

How are these transformations related? 

As you study yourselves in relationship to these transformational processes, what insights can you glean about your organization? Considering the antecedent conditions and the catalyst, was your organization prepared to meet the challenge? 

How and who led the organization through the main action toward normalization? Is the normalization process being shaped consciously?

Get with another group and share your maps.
