We need to become essentially different people to competently navigate the complex issues before us. That doesn’t mean we have to give up our old ways, but it does mean we need to expand our sense of self and how we work with each other to address complex problems. Changing our mindset affects our feelings. Transforming worldviews can be difficult. Developing consciousness and observation we can help us find our way.
