Step 1 Map a Complex Issue

Work in groups of 3-4. On a large sheet of paper, make a knowledge map of a complex issue.

Step 2

List the variables related to the operating environment of the issue. How is it changing over time? Identify any of the players involved. Identify at least one thing that is being done to try to improve and/or fix the issue.
