Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 44DSAC  to record your insights.

Activity 2 – Self-Reflection

Identify a mentor for your social innovation. Make a map to think through the elements of the relationship you want to cultivate. Use the chalkboard photo as a reference. Once you have thought through all of the details, decide how you will make the invitation including what you expect in terms of time commitment. Proceed with the invitation. If it doesn’t work out with your first choice, pursue your next mentor option.

Activity 3 – Learning Narrative

Each time you meet with your mentor for the next six months, write a synopsis of your time with them. What did you discuss? What did you learn? What insights or advice did they have? How is this relationship helping you develop your social innovation?
