Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Activity 2 – Write a Blog

Based on the presentation and the insights you gathered during the lab, write a blog about leading and managing. Add at least 2-3 outside sources to your essay. What difference could this make to your profession and your industry? 3-5 paragraphs.

Activity 3 – Create a Presentation

Turn your blog into a 3-5 minute presentation. Write a script (500 words is about 5 minutes). Practice giving your presentation, recording yourself and refining your presentation. Give your presentation to a friend and to a colleague. What was effective? How did the presentation help you deepen your learning?
