Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKAG to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Create a 1-Minute Presentation
Design a presentation to convey the importance of the four aspects of leading. Practice your pitch and make your case. Record yourself to help you improve your presentation. Give it at least two times. How did people respond? How effective were your points?
Activity 3 – Self-Reflection
Refer to the activity in the lab and the map you made. In the areas where you could take more initiative, how will you proceed? What does taking initiative mean to you? If you deepen these capacities, how might this affect your work? What new opportunities might arise as you develop these skills?
