Activity 2 – Teaching as Learning
Step 1
Begin this activity working independently. Take 10-15 minutes to prepare your individual Teach It activity.
In groups of 3, develop a mini-lesson plan to teach something from this Lab. The mini-lesson is a maximum of 5-6 minutes. Present your idea as if the other does not know anything.
Step 2
In groups of 3 take turns giving a lesson. The first person teaches, the second person receives, and the third person monitors to observe and give feedback. Take 6-8 minutes to present and receive feedback. Switch roles so that every person experiences every role.
