Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKP  to record your insights.

Activity 2 – Self-Knowledge – Taking Stock Professionally

Adapt this exercise to your profession. Identify 5-7 qualities about your work life that you want to take stock. Create a knowledge map and do the audit. What insights do you see once you make a map showing the relationships of the different qualities affecting your work life? Compare your taking stock map of your personal life with your professional life. What is different? What is similar? What does this comparison tell you about how you are making choices about your life overall?

Activity 3 – Short Essay / Blog

Write a short essay (3-5 paragraphs) about your life and where you are in terms of your personal and professional development. Refer to your Taking Stock knowledge map to structure your essay looking at your past, present, and probable future.
