Self-Knowledge Taking Stock
Introduction
Taking Stock of our life strengthens self-confidence and self-knowledge. Taking stock is a practice that we can use rhythmically throughout our life. Where have we been and where are we now informs where we go later. Tracking key aspects or qualities of our life experiences gives us insight into our overall health and well-being. This is a subjective tool to develop our personal insights and help us make choices that reinforce what we want to grow. Making a visual map of these different qualities gives us a unique perspective and way to make sense about our life experience.
