Purpose and Motivation Spectrum
Introduction
Clarity of higher purpose directly affects attitudes and behaviors. We can examine this relationship on a spectrum. When we don’t know our purpose, there is no motivation to act. When we choose our purpose, we are fully motivated to do the work. Are we willing to do the work to craft purposes that align to our ideals? Are we willing to make sacrifices in order to pursue our chosen purposes?
