Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

ACTIVITY 3 Facilitating Narrative Gathering
Practice facilitating a Narrative Gathering. Pick any topic of interest. Recruit 6-8 colleagues to explore it with you. You could practice with a smaller group, 3-4 people, for the benefit of exploring the elements of the exercise.
If you have a smaller group, try to do two rounds of storytelling to build a richer idea commons.
Re-watch the lab presentation before you facilitate the exercise. Refer to the chalkboard to manage your process.
