Systemic and Default Organizational Practices

ACTIVITY 1 Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 77NCS to record your insights.
ACTIVITY 2 Teaching as Learning
Using either the handout or with a visual aid that you make, prepare a presentation to teach a colleague and a friend about Systemic and Default Organizational Practices.
After each presentation, make notes on how you could have improved, any areas where you need clarification, and any questions that you were asked.
ACTIVITY 3 Synthesis
Spend 10-30 minutes quietly reflecting on the two activities here nd the two activities in Systemic Practices to Tap Experiential Learning and Knowledge. What do you know now about yourself and your organization that you didn’t know before? What are the implications for business (all organizations) based on these labs? Write down your main takeaway ideas, insights, and questions.
