ACTIVITY 1  Systemic Practices Possibility Audit

Step 1

Work in groups of 3. On a large sheet of paper, copy the 12 supplemental practices listed on the chalkboard in the presentation.

Step 2

Rate the possibility of your organization adding each of these practices on a scale of 1-10. If you can’t agree as a group, add more than one rating.

Consider:

How confident are you that your organization can add this practice to your work?

Will there be resistance.

Can we take individual responsibility for the practice?

Step 3

On a wall display, next to each of the key words from the supplemental practices, each group posts their ratings.
