ACTIVITY 1  Relationship and Trust Audit

Step 1

Watch Activity 1 video.

Individually, make a map on a large sheet of paper to explore your relationships at work. You are in the center. Create spokes from yourself to key relationships you have in the organization. For example:

Your Work

Colleague

Supervisor

Whole organization

Step 2

Next to each relationship, draw a circle. How much trust do you feel in that relationship? Color your circle to indicate your trust level.

What can you do to strengthen the relationship you have with each relationship? What small steps can you take to build trust in each relationship? List those steps next to the relationship.

Step 3

When you have completed your audit, take 10 minutes to share your map with a partner.
