Systemic Methods provide a rationale path, yet they seem counter-intuitive from the command and control legacy operating in many organizations. People don’t know how to be discerning because they lack knowledge about the nature of complexity as a phenomenon. Complex issues cause fear, perceived loss of control, and confusion. Systemic methods require a different approach to leadership and organizational learning.
