Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 44DSY  to record your insights.

Activity 2 – Teaching as Learning

Identify two or more key ideas from this topic and design a 10-minute Teach-It lesson to give to a colleague. You will probably need visual aids and examples/stories to help get the ideas across. Once you have given your lesson, ask your “student” what he/she took away and understood. Then redesign your lesson, and give it to a different person – and ask.

Write up your insights.

Activity 3 – Drafting a Proposal

Repeat this process of Drafting a Proposal, either on your own or with a group; this will strengthen your thinking, your communication, and your capacity to create value wherever you go.
