Step 1
Pick an innovation that you are developing in your work. What complex issue is it related to?
Draw an Ecosystem Map to analyze the issue.
Step 2
On a large sheet of paper, group and map out the various players in your ecosystem:
- government agencies or departments
- non-profit and non-governmental organizations and foundations
- private organizations
- businesses
- religious organizations
- neighborhood associations
- thought leaders, advocates, people living/working in a related area
