Core Concepts are the words that live in our higher purposes, problem, and opportunity statements. Words are powerful, tricky, and slippery – words are uniquely understood by each person. Doing a Core Concept Expansion is a way to clarify our thinking and contemplate how we are communicating our messages to the world. If we are going to take initiative in the world, and we want others to align with us, we need to do the work ahead of time to accurately express our ideas.
