Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACV to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Self-Reflection
How do your higher purposes in each of the three columns relate to your ideals and values? Which priorities in your values are best met by your higher purposes? As you worked on your higher purposes, did it help you clarify your ideals and values? Write 1-3 paragraphs about your higher purposes and how they relate to why you are here on the planet?
Activity 3 – Revising Your Higher-Purpose
Review your higher purposes 3-column knowledge map. Take a 5-10 minute walk in silence. After the walk, write 2-3 more sentence drafts in each column. Share what you are working on with a friend or colleague. Talk through your higher purposes with them. Maybe they will have an insight or question that will also help you hone your clarity. Revise your draft statements until you feel like you have a good beginning purpose statement for each column.
