Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23 ACS to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Self Reflection
Write about 1-3 paragraph reflection of the lab activity. What was it like discussing your organization’s worldview and gifts with your colleagues?
Explore any insights you had about yourself as a result of this lab.
Activity 3 – Create a Knowledge Map
Create a new knowledge map based on the activity you did in the lab. This time, draw two star diagrams. Make one star for you. Make the other star your organization. Fill out each star.
Compare your two stars, where are you aligned with the organization? What are you doing when you feel aligned with the organization?
