Based on the people that are in the organization now, what are the near gifts of the organization?
Core Gesture
Are you a servant organization? Are you designing products? Perhaps there are multiple core gestures held by different parts of the organization?
Methods and Opportunities
How is the organization using its resources to pursue opportunities?

When you have your map filled out, discuss these two questions as a group.
What percentage of your day-to-day time is aligned with the organization’s worldview based on your map? Why do you think that? Where in your day and what are you doing that aligns with this map?
