ACTIVITY 1 Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACH to record your insights.
ACTIVITY 2 Sharing as Learning
Watch the presentation again. Take detailed notes. Find a friend or colleague and share with them what you learned. Make the focus of your presentation what you learned rather than teaching them about the elements. After your conversation, take time to write 1-2 paragraphs about what you learned. What opportunities do you have to strengthen your professional maturity?
ACTIVITY 3 Core Concept Expansion
Using the chalkboard as a reference, create a knowledge map with all 7 Elements of Intellectual Humility. Explore the following questions on your map:
What is your relationship currently with each element?
Which element could you strengthen that would make the biggest shift in your life?
What opportunities do you have to bring the elements of Intellectual Humility forward in your life?
What stands in your way?
