ACTIVITY 1     House of 4Ps

Step 1

Watch Activity 1 Video

On a large sheet of paper, create your own House of 4 Ps.
Draw four rooms and label them:
Power | Position | Personality | Politics

Step 2

In each room of your house, make notes recalling decisions you have made or observed. Think about decisions in your family or organization and place in these different categories. Make notes about those decisions. Try to think about a wide variety of decisions, especially those that do not seem to have a clear reasoning behind them.
