Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Activity 2 – Deeper Listening Skill Development Plan
Based on the knowledge map you made during the activity, design a professional development plan for how you will develop the areas/skills/practices you identified.

Activity 3 – Journaling
Explore the idea of deeper listening creating a sacred, magic space for relationships. What does that mean to you? Have you ever felt these qualities in relationships at work? What are the implications for our organizations if we could approach relationships with our colleagues in this way? Write 3-5 paragraphs.
