What’s In Your Wardrobe?
Step 1
Draw your wardrobe.
What are the garments, shoes, hats, accessories etc. that live in your wardrobe?
Step 2
What parts of your wardrobe have you chosen? What has come to you involuntarily?
For example, find the garments that come from over-generalizations, experience, or fears that cause you to make a prejudiced barrier between you and another.
When you can identify these barriers, you can take responsibility for them. You can put them in the bin, hit the reset button, and start anew.
