Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKAU to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Experiential Learning
Utilize artistic expression to express your new story. You may use prose, poetry, music, movement, visual arts, nature study, etc. Share your work with others if appropriate (you decide). Write a summary of your insights. How does exploring your new story artistically shape your thinking?
Activity 3 – Self-Reflection
Set aside 30 minutes to self-reflect on what you learned in Worldview and Change. What understanding about yourself and about your organization can you take forward? If you have little or nothing to take forward, how do you explain this? What skills or practices can you see now that would be useful? How can you continue to practice so that this becomes part of who you are becoming? Do you have new choices?
