ACTIVITY 1 Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKF to record your insights.
ACTIVITY 2 Self-Reflection
Set aside 30 minutes to self-reflect on your engagement with the ideas and other participants in the lab. What understandings are you taking forward? What skills or practices can you see now that would be useful? How can you continue to practice so that this becomes part of who you are becoming? Identify clearly what is different now, for you, after completing this topic. Do you have new choices? If you have little or nothing to take forward, how do you explain this? What might be the implications?
ACTIVITY 3 Experiential Learning
Utilize artistic expression to extend one or more key ideas from the presentation. You may use prose, poetry, music, movement, visual arts, nature study, etc. Write a summary of your insights and connect it to your art where appropriate.
