ACTIVITY 1 Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKD to record your insights.
ACTIVITY 2 Teaching as Learning
Identify two or more key ideas from this topic and design a 10-minute Teach-It lesson to give to a colleague. You will probably need visual aids and examples/stories to help get the ideas across. Once you have given your lesson, ask your “student” what he/she took away and understood. Then redesign your lesson, and give it to a different person – and ask. Write up your insights.
ACTIVITY 3 Experiential Learning
Utilize artistic expression to extend one or more key ideas from the presentation. You may use prose, poetry, music, movement, visual arts, nature study, etc. Write a summary of your insights.
