ACTIVITY 1 Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

ACTIVITY 2 Experiential Learning
Make a piece of art (painting, sculpture, poem, dance) to explore the reservoir of knowledge at your organization. What does this wealth look like? How does it feel? Are there places where it is untapped? How can you express that in your art?
ACTIVITY 3 Self-Reflection
In the lab you told a story about an experience you had where you were left out of a decision-making process. Write about that experience in greater detail exploring your feelings and how it impacted you. 3 paragraphs.
