ACTIVITY 1     Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 77NCR to record your insights.

ACTIVITY 2     Synthesis

Spend 10-30 minutes quietly reflecting on the two activities in the lab and the lab presentation. Consider re-watching the presentation.

Write down your main takeaway ideas, insights, and questions.

ACTIVITY 3     Systemic Practices Personal Audit

On a large sheet of paper, draw a coherence map of the Systemic Organizational Practices. Next to each practice, audit yourself. On a scale of 1-10, how developed is your practice?

Once you have rated all of the practices, look at what parts of your coherence map need your personal investment. Draw solid lines between the practices where you rated yourself high, draw broken lines between practices you gave a low rating.

What does this tell you? Use the rest of the map to create a personal plan to strengthen your capacity in the practices individually and overall.
