Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACJ  to record your insights.

Go to Accelerating Knowledge Sharing (Get Started) to learn more.

Activity 2 – Designing Potent Questions

Continue practicing designing Potent Questions. Design 2-4 Potent Questions for your workplace and industry.

What makes these questions an organic force of growth for all?

Activity 3 – Self-Reflection

What is your relationship to being questioned? Do you have an emotional backstory or baggage that you carry about being questioned? What is your relationship to questioning in the workplace? Are there people you feel hesitant to ask questions? How do you feel about the challenge of crafting Potent Questions as a disciplined practice? Write a short essay (2-4 paragraphs) or make a knowledge map of your self-reflection.
