Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Activity 2 – Quality Collaboration Audit

On a large sheet of paper, write down the qualities of collaboration. Think about your current work environment in relation to each quality. For each quality, give a rating (1 Weak – 10 Strong) for your team and for yourself. What could you do to bring your scores up? How would that change things for the rest of your team? What could the team as a whole do to bring their score up and how would that change you?

Activity 3 – Self-Reflection

Based on personal experiences and in relationship to what you learned in the lab. spend time thinking about the question: what is it about collaboration that matters?
