Responsibility, Accountability, Commitment

To respond with ability is a personal and group gesture to make things happen. In an organization, responsibility is mutual and shared. Accountability means we were responsible. This is an attitude to wear a cloak of responsibility, to enact accountability, and make a commitment. A commitment is a promise into the future. It requires clear intent and purpose. Commitment develops potential. Confidence grows that we can continue to perform and be responsible. The intersection of these concepts is where an organization thrives. The capacity of the system grows because trust in relationships grows.
