Self-Accountability and Self-Assessment
Introduction
Explore ways we can use self-accountability and self-assessment to improve ourselves and our relationships. Accountability means we have healthy relationships with self and others. It requires that we are honest and candid on an ongoing basis. Self-reflection is necessary to contemplate and assess our relationships. Being fully accountable is a consciousness practice. Designing personal self-assessments are very powerful. When we do the work to monitor ourselves and improve overtime, we are more receptive to feedback from others. We become increasingly confident.
