Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 44DSD  to record your insights.

Activity 2 – Getting in the Game

Once you have your six-month game plan designed, set a start date. Add your goals and targets, meetings, conferences etc to your calendar. You can add new strategies to your plan as you go and new opportunities unfold.

Establish a goal of three informational interviews over six months.

Activity 3 – Learning Narrative

Each week, write a brief synopsis to document what you did and what you learned. Document your attitudes, willpower and motivation for the work. What new questions do you have? Insights? How effective were your various strategies?

You can also make a knowledge map to document your learning.
