Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 44DSA to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Self-Reflection
Set aside 30 minutes to self-reflect on your engagement with the ideas and your cohort. What understandings are you taking forward? What skills or practices can you see now that would be useful? How can you continue to practice so that this becomes part of who you are becoming? Identify clearly what is different now, for you, after completing this topic. Do you have new choices? If you have little or nothing to take forward, how do you explain this? What might be the implications?
Activity 3 – Social Innovation Networking
If you have an idea for Social Innovation, go talk with others, especially potential partners, about it. Practice explaining your idea to diverse people and allow their responses to help you refine your idea. Listen to their authentic responses and challenges: challengers are the best friends you will have, because they will encourage you to deepen and refine your own understanding and articulation.
