Activity 1 – Big Green Hand Opportunity Testing
Step 1
Make a new knowledge map. Draw the green hand.
Title your map: I Know My Idea is _ Because _
Choose an Opportunity Statement that you have worked on in your 3-Column Statement Map.
Step 2
Follow the same process you did as a group to test an opportunity to strengthen resilience. Beginning with your higher purpose, reason (test) your opportunity through the elements of the Green Hand. Is this opportunity a worthy investment of your time?
As you do your work, add your thinking and methods to your map. Revise your opportunity statement as often as needed.
Work through your opportunity until you can fill in the statement, “I know my idea is _ because _”.

Spend 10 minutes with a partner sharing your thinking.
