Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACAL to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Self-Reflection
You have learned and practiced all of the elements of the Big Green Hand. In the first lab of Applied Critical Thinking, you identified your current strategies and techniques to know if your idea was good. Think about how the Big Green Hand adds to your list. What changes will you make as a professional regarding your thinking? How can you deepen your professional maturity through thinking?
Activity 3 – Individual Synthesis Practice
Spend 10 minutes quietly reflecting on the activity of this lab. What insights do you have? What new ideas? What questions do you have? What are the implications of the Big Green Hand for you as a professional and for your organization?
