Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 52SKN  to record your insights.

Activity 2 – Self-Reflection

Study the knowledge map you made during the lab. Look at the different examples you recorded for the three areas of your life. What patterns do you see in your attitudes and beliefs? How have they helped or harmed you? What strategies would enable you to be more clear and conscious of the purposes of your family, organization, and community?

Activity 3 – Teaching as Learning

Use the knowledge map that you made in the lab as a visual aid to teach at least two people about the purpose and motivation spectrum. Use your examples to illustrate attitudes and behaviors related to clarity of higher purpose.
