Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACW to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Teaching As Learning
Teach a small group of your colleagues that weren’t in this lab about higher purpose, significance, and urgency. Have them do the same activity that you did in the lab. What questions came up from your colleagues as you taught the exercise? What did you learn about how other people in your organization think about significance and urgency?
Activity 3 – Self-Reflection
How does your higher purpose align with your organization’s higher purpose? How are they different? How do your ideals and values align or not?
Write 1-3 paragraphs exploring higher purpose.
