Activity 1 – Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACR to record your insights.
Activity 2 – Teaching as Learning
Make a simple visual aid of the three worldview areas presented in the lab. Use the chalkboard as a reference. Prepare a 3-5 minute presentation to teach Egon Guba’s worldview framework. Teach at least three people.
After each person, make notes of what you learned. When you have finished, compare your notes and synthesize your learning. Write a 1 paragraph synopsis.
Activity 3 – Self-Reflection
Re-watch the lab presentation. Review the activity and your knowledge map. Write a 2-4 paragraph reflection of what you learned about yourself and your worldview.
