ACTIVITY 1     Accelerating Knowledge Sharing

Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.

Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACD to record your insights.

ACTIVITY 2     Knowledge Mapping

Practice Knowledge Mapping an issue you are exploring at work or a problem you are trying to solve. This is an experiential learning and thinking technique to help synthesize complex information. Use art, color, or symbols to personalize your understanding in a powerful way.

ACTIVITY 3     Self-Reflection

Write 1-3 paragraphs about the idea of a living system of thinking and developing well-reasoned conclusions. Reflect on your organization and consider what you think are the biggest challenges and opportunities for your organization to nourish a culture thinking.

Other References, Articles, and Books

  • Share references, articles, or books in the WindTunneling Project that you think will be good supplemental content for future participants.
