ACTIVITY 1 Accelerating Knowledge Sharing
Each Catalytic Thinking Lab is supported by a WindTunneling project. WindTunneling is a systemic methodology to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing. Share what you learned from the lab transparently and anonymously. Compare your thinking and respond to the ideas of others. Everyone gets to see every idea; no one knows who shared which idea.
Go to WindTunneling. Use Project Code 23ACC to record your insights.
ACTIVITY 2 Short Essay
Based on what you learned in this lab, reflect on the following two questions and write a 3-5 paragraph essay.
How does a system of living thinking nurture organizational resilience?
How might sharing a language for thinking build confidence within for you and within your organization?
ACTIVITY 3 Teaching as Learning
Using the visual diagram of the Big Green Hand that you made during the lab, teach 3 other people (colleagues, friends, or family) what you learned.
Each time you teach someone, make notes of what they ask you and what you learned.
After you have taught this three times, write a short 1-paragraph synopsis of what you learned.
